What bookkeeping software do you use?

We prefer our clients to use QuickBooks Online because it’s secure, efficient, and allows for smoother collaboration. However, if you’re using spreadsheets to keep costs down, we can support that too and help you stay organized.

Do you offer personal tax return services?

Not at the moment. Our focus is bookkeeping and business financial support. However, personal tax services may be added in the future as we continue expanding our offerings.

Do you work with businesses outside of Ontario?

Yes! We are a fully virtual bookkeeping firm based in Kitchener, Ontario and proudly support businesses across Canada.

Do you offer services beyond bookkeeping?

Absolutely! While bookkeeping is our bread and butter, we also provide additional support to help keep your business running smoothly. Whether it's payroll, HST filings, or responding to CRA requests, we're here to help with the important behind-the-scenes tasks.

How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! First, you'll complete our intake form so we can learn about your business and the support you're looking for. Next, we'll schedule a discovery call to discuss your goals and answer any questions.

After the call, we'll send you a customized proposal and service agreement. Once everything is approved, we'll begin the onboarding process, get your books set up, and take it from there.
